Emergency Support after Business hours
The hotline is answering by English speaking personnel.
- We will charge a fee of EUR 150,– plus working time (EUR 190,– per started hour) for the use of the hotline (after office hours). This means the first hour costs EUR 150,– plus EUR 190,–, then EUR 190,– per started hour.
- We would like to ask you to use the service number and our hotline outside our normal office hours only in case of emergencies, e.g. machine breakdowns
- Inquiries, for example for trainings or spare part orders will be charged with a fee of € 150,– plus working time (EUR 190,– per started hour).
