Thanks to the additional doubling of the layer, directly in front of the palletising unit, stacks can be formed more quickly, which has a decisive effect on the overall efficiency.
A pre doubler can be used to increase performance on any larger inline machine. The pre doubler takes over the individual bundles directly after the strapping machine and doubles them. The subsequent cycles are then reduced due to the double number of bundles.
