A turntable is used for arranging of the bundles to create the desired stacking pattern. While turning either individual bundles or layers, the flexibility in formations are endless. The turntable can of course rotate the bundles by -90, 90 or 180°. Depending on the requirements of your customer, any stacking formation is possible.
In order to protect the final product for the further transport, a previously selected format can be placed under the stack by means of a protective bottom sheet dispenser. The automatic bottom sheet dispenser can be supplemented with a pallet feeder.
Tie sheets ensure ideal stability between the individual bundles. These are placed on the respective bundles using a vacuum pickup unit. Depending on the order, the operator can decide in which cycle the tie sheets are deposited.

The purpose of the separator is to separate the sheets from the die-cutter into individual outs. This is done separately in longitudinal and transverse directions. The contraction surface of the separator promises minimal impact on your corrugated board to avoid damage. Thanks to the sophisticated control technology, the unit is highly efficient in order to be able to follow the production speed.
The double stacker in front of the palletiser ensures additional effectiveness. For products with short cycle times in the upstream units, this unit can have a decisive influence on the final cycle time of the palletiser. Thanks to the additional doubling of the layer, directly in front of the palletising unit, stacks can be formed more quickly, which has a decisive effect on the overall efficiency.
A pre doubler can be used to increase performance on any larger inline machine. The pre doubler takes over the individual bundles directly after the strapping machine and doubles them. The subsequent cycles are then reduced due to the double number of bundles.
Your finished product may have to be stacked on a pallet already at the end of your converting line. For this need, we offer different types of pallet dispensers. All in which a full stack of empty pallets can be either manually feed or automatically conveyed into position. Of course, in combination with the bottom sheet option, your total needs are covered.
Thanks to the layer inverter, individual layers can be turned overhead. Due to the special nature of the transport carpets, the product is never damaged during the inverting process. The layer inverter can be selected and deselected on an order-specific basis.

To present your product in the best possible way, our palletisers are equipped with a 4-way squaring section to ensure the perfect stack quality. Through the lifting process of the layer, we ensure that the already stacked goods isn’t disturbed and therefore keeping its shape. Also, no pit is needed as everything needed is installed on your normal floor surface. The palletizer can be offered in various sizes and as a single- or double chamber version for the larger size machines.
