The company has been designing and producing mainly palletisers and breakers since 1995, 100% “made in Sweden”.

The company was founded 1995 in a rented location in Skurup, Sweden by Mats Nilsson, Stig Lundblad and BHS Corrugated Northern Europe.

1999 and 2000: Dücker Fördertechnik went in

1999

1999 Dücker Fördertechnik went in as partner and in year 2000 Dücker Fördertechnik bought shares from Mats Nilsson and BHS NL to become a 52% owner.

This gave access to a well-established international sales network.

Stig Lundblad retired.

2007: Relocation to Ystad, Sweden

To be able to grow further, Dücker Corrpal moved location to Ystad into its own building in January 2007.

2010: Göpfert bought shares

2010 Göpfert Maschinen GmbH went in as partner and bought the shares from BHS NL.

2010: New production hall

A new production hall of 1000 m² was opened to enable more machine lines being tested and built up.

 

2013: Dücker Corrpal bought more shares

Dücker Corrpal bought the shares from Mats Nilsson.

2019: Göpfert became majority owner

Göpfert is now in the possession of  51 % of the shares and becomes majority owner

2022: Göpfert takes over 100 % of Dücker Corrpal AB

Göpfert Maschinen GmbH in Wiesentheid/Germany takes over 100 % of Dücker Corrpal AB in Ystad/Sweden

The specialist for Breakers and Palletising Systems is renamed to Corrpal Systems AB, Member of Göpfert Group

Göpfert Maschinen GmbH has already owned 51 % of the shares since 2019, now Göpfert has taken over the remaining 49 % from Dücker International in Langenfeld/Germany. At the same time, the company will change its name to Corrpal Systems AB.

With this transaction Corrpal Systems AB will pursue its goals of becoming a leading premium supplier for palletising corrugated packaging even more intensively.

Göpfert Maschinen GmbH will thus become a full-range supplier of corrugated board processing systems.
